Get high-speed internet anywhere: RV, remote site, rural Alaska

Starlink. Now available throughout Alaska: rural communities, remote cabins—even on your RV.

Alexander Schumann of Microcom shows off a Starlink receiver at the firm’s Anchorage store.

“We’ve sold more than 500 units all over the state,” said Alexander Schumann of Microcom, Starlink’s authorized retailer in Alaska.

Because of Starlink’s “low earth orbit” (LEO) satellite constellation, high-speed internet is available throughout the state—from Ketchikan to Kaktovik to King Salmon. “There are thousands of Starlink satellites in the air right now,” said Schumann.

STEP 1: Order the equipment from Microcom, or stop by their stores in Anchorage, Juneau, Fairbanks or Soldotna (also four stores in Hawaii). Cost is $599. You can install it yourself or get Microcom to do it (additional cost). Call for details: (907)264-3474.

STEP 2: Sign up for service, which costs between $90-$150 per month, depending on your location.

STEP 3: Access the internet and enjoy 1TB of data each month.

Compare Starlink’s prices with other services—even in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau. Then call (907)264-3474 or stop by Microcom’s store for your Starlink package today!
